Seeking a Senior Executive to enhance policy analysis and member engagement, supporting the Director General.
Key Responsibilities:
Policy & Advocacy
- Monitor Irish/EU policy on procurement, sustainability, and digital construction.
- Draft briefings, responses, and position papers.
- Coordinate input from member groups and meet deadlines.
Member Engagement
- Manage a portfolio of member firms and onboard new ones.
- Track engagement metrics and share insights.
Committees & Events
- Serve as secretary to the Policy & Procurement Committee.
- Assist with conferences, awards, and roadshows.
- Provide policy content for communications.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in policy/public affairs (e.g., agency, consultancy, semi-state).
- Skilled in turning complex topics into persuasive content.
- Strong stakeholder and project management.
- Knowledge of infrastructure/construction a plus.
- Degree in public policy, communications, or related field.
