The Role
A field-based BDM responsible for driving revenue growth across Dublin and Leinster – combining new business development with account management across contractors, engineers, merchants, and public sector clients. Strong emphasis on specification selling and long-term project engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business across public and private sector clients
- Engage at specification stage to influence product selection
- Manage and grow existing accounts across a broad product portfolio
- Maintain CRM records, pipeline visibility, and accurate forecasting
Requirements
- Proven B2B field sales or business development experience
- Background in construction materials, infrastructure, or regulated industries preferred
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of hitting targets
- Full driving licence required
