We’re partnering with a leading hospitality property in North Dublin to appoint a Business Development Manager to join their commercial team.
The Role A commercially focused position responsible for driving new business and managing key accounts across corporate, MICE, and leisure markets, working closely with Sales, Revenue, and Marketing stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute proactive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and convert new business across corporate and MICE sectors
- Manage key accounts and re-engage lapsed clients
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
Candidate Profile
- Proven hotel sales/business development experience within 4 or 5-star hospitality
- Strong track record in new business generation and account management
- Proactive, target-driven, with excellent communication skills
- Full clean driver’s licence and own transport required
