Develop and lead implementation of communications strategy, including PR, media engagement, branding, and online/offline communications.
Set and achieve quarterly targets for PR, media, web, and social media reach.
Act as brand and reputation champion for the charity.
Monitor and report on program and campaign performance.
Manage agency relationships and oversee website and resource development.
Provide communications support for various platforms and projects.
Support external-facing activities and stakeholder engagement.
Serve as a spokesperson for the organization.
Ensure budgetary oversight and adherence.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
5+ years' experience in PR/journalism/digital media.
Experience managing content for high-traffic websites.
Strong writing skills and ability to deliver under pressure.
Proficiency in online platforms and analytics.
Comfortable in media settings.
Demonstrable expertise in digital media and target achievement.
Ability to manage people and agencies effectively.
Strong networking and collaboration skills.
