Digital Marketing Executive will primarily support and help drive the implementation of the company’s social, search, web and overall online brand strategy. You are ambitious, analytical, results driven Digital Marketer who is passionate about digital and enjoys working as part of a creative and dynamic team.

What We Do

  • Develop and deliver the company’s Digital Marketing plan in line with key business objectives
  • Responsible for development and regular CMS updates of all company brand websites
  • Responsible for delivering regular UX and SEO Audits to meet company’s objectives
  • Grow the business e-commerce sales in line with company sales targets
  • Responsible for the management of all search campaigns (paid and organic), display and digital advertising campaigns both in-house and agency
  • Responsible for continually optimising digital campaigns to meet KPI’s set out by the Ecommerce Manager
  • Own the development of a strategic social media marketing plan and its associated budget across campaigns and channels
  • Work with agencies, publishers, platforms, and other partners with the goal to find fast, creative and efficient ways to build, execute and measure innovative social media marketing plans that connect with customers, maximise engagement and create sharing, talkability and advocacy
  • Lead and develop the implementation of a wide range of content forms, including video, text, still imagery, animation, live action and other content forms that best utilise the technology available on any given social media/digital platform
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Youtube.) including creating and scheduling engaging social content and managing customer services queries via direct mail
  • Regular community management and community engagement across all social media platforms
  • Briefing and managing of media and content agencies across ROI, UK and US
  • Working closely with the Content Executive to create, SEO optimise and deliver engaging blog content which improves our SEO presence and delivers premium engaging and educational information for our customers
  • Working with the marketing team and content executive to plan and execute email marketing campaigns. Measure and analyse results
  • Creating and optimising Google Analytics Dashboards on a regular basis
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing team, Brand, Sales, operations, and lab team to develop and execute creative ideas, plans and strategies
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reports, analysis, and interpretation of data on key metrics, and deliver insights to be used for future business decisions
  • Continuous competitor research and industry research. Making sure the company is on top of the curve for upcoming trends on digital and social media marketing
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
