What We Do

  • Work in an exciting fast-paced environment, helping to implement new colleague and customer facing initiatives
  • Work as part of the project team as a key link between the Director and the wider business, maintaining close liaison with corporate colleagues, including PR, Marketing, NIT, Corporate Buying, and Regional assistants
  • Identify and analyse trends and propose recommended solutions in a clear, concise fashion
  • Conduct analysis into financials, statistics, business processes and business performance and identifying areas for improvement and relevant systematic solutions
  • Managing weekly and monthly project planning tasks including KPI tracking
  • Prepare statistical information and conduct relevant analysis
  • Ensuring all tasks are delivered on time and within the budget and scope agreed with the eCommerce Director

What You Must Have

  • Business and/or Communications Degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with multiple data sources and flexible thinking
  • Confident user of MS Office suite including advanced excel skills
  • Excellent time management and organisation with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Understanding of project processes
