What We Do
- Work in an exciting fast-paced environment, helping to implement new colleague and customer facing initiatives
- Work as part of the project team as a key link between the Director and the wider business, maintaining close liaison with corporate colleagues, including PR, Marketing, NIT, Corporate Buying, and Regional assistants
- Identify and analyse trends and propose recommended solutions in a clear, concise fashion
- Conduct analysis into financials, statistics, business processes and business performance and identifying areas for improvement and relevant systematic solutions
- Managing weekly and monthly project planning tasks including KPI tracking
- Prepare statistical information and conduct relevant analysis
- Ensuring all tasks are delivered on time and within the budget and scope agreed with the eCommerce Director
What You Must Have
- Business and/or Communications Degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with multiple data sources and flexible thinking
- Confident user of MS Office suite including advanced excel skills
- Excellent time management and organisation with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Understanding of project processes
