Spencer Recruitment warrants that the service provided is one of introduction and not retention. Notwithstanding this, and in the unlikely event of employment being terminated by either party for any reason other than redundancy within thirteen weeks of the commencement date of employment, Spencer Recruitment agrees to refund the client, subject to the full tenure of the original candidate, according to the following schedule:
Commencement date to 1 week 100% refund
One week to third week 80% refund
Fourth to sixth week 60% refund
Seventh to ninth week 40% refund
Tenth to thirteenth week 20% refund
Fourteenth week and beyond 0% refund
