Role Summary:


This role requires adaptability, overseeing content updates, managing a web editing team, implementing a new website governance model, and enhancing the visitor experience. Responsibilities also include drafting web content, quality checks, reporting, external agency collaboration, and creating training materials.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan content updates and migration

  • Manage web editors, ensuring best practices

  • Implement the new website governance model

  • Enhance visitor experience

  • Ensure content aligns with web standards, accessibility, and SEO

  • Transfer governance oversight post go-live to the communications team

  • Draft non-technical web content, perform quality checks, and report updates using GA4 or similar tools

  • Collaborate with external agencies for website design alignment

  • Assist in establishing and maintaining a new website archive

  • Create and maintain training materials for ongoing updates

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in project management for complex web content projects

  • 3+ years working with CMS platforms

  • Demonstrated experience in complex web migration projects

  • Proficient in drafting and editing online content

  • Knowledge of HTML & CSS

  • Proficient in web accessibility standards

  • Clear understanding of UX principles and content organization for websites
