Our client seeks an experienced coordinator to deliver innovative talent development solutions. The ideal candidate is motivated, independent, and enthusiastic, aiming to advance in business analysis and performance measurement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support monitoring of financial and non-financial performance indicators.

  • Collate, clean, and visualise data for performance reports.

  • Maintain performance dashboards.

  • Assist in producing insights and communicating findings.

  • Develop monitoring tools and trackers.

  • Design and maintain a SharePoint site for reports and insights.

  • Provide data for funding renewals and proposals.

  • Support evaluation studies and capacity development activities.

  • Implement a new data quality programme.

  • Perform general administrative duties.


Essential Experience and Skills:

  • 5 years of administrative experience in a client-facing environment.

  • Advanced numeric and analytical skills.

  • Attention to detail and methodical thinking.

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Positive outlook and adaptability.


Desirable Experience and Skills:

  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualisation.

  • Basic knowledge of business analysis software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

  • Experience with governmental agencies.
