Client Background:

Ireland’s oldest non-profit with a 42-acre venue in Dublin, offering sports, hospitality, live entertainment, and exhibitions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure new business opportunities, achieving targets/KPIs.

  • Manage sales pipelines, forecast targets, and adhere to reporting.

  • Stay updated on event industry trends.

  • Handle the entire sales process: lead generation to post-event management.

  • Innovate for new revenue streams.

  • Utilize technology for sales and event management.

  • Use EBMS for real-time venue bookings.

  • Ensure effective communication and event excellence in handover meetings.

  • Build and manage client relationships for satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with partners for seamless client interfaces.

  • Collect post-event feedback for improvements.

  • Engage in additional projects and events as directed.


Person Specification:

  • Proven success in new business and client account management.

  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Creative, team-oriented, and passionate about customer service.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ICT tools.
