Our client, is a leading award-winning communications consultancy that advises enterprises, institutions, and individuals on building recognition and enhancing reputation. Currently a team of 11, they are an award-winning, multi-national public affairs and corporate communications agency with offices in London, Brussels and the Middle East.
They are now looking for a highly motivated Office Administrator in their Dublin office to provide office management and administrative support to a growing team. The role is a part-time position (4 days a week or 32 hours spread over 5 days) and will be mostly office based. This is initially a 6-month contract with a view to extension.
The successful candidate will directly support the senior management team and manage all team administration for the Dublin office. We are looking for someone who has experience in a corporate, multinational office environment and is up for a challenge to progress their career.
