Client Background:

Ireland’s oldest non-profit with a 42-acre venue in Dublin for sports, hospitality, entertainment, and exhibitions. Recently received multi-million euro funding.

Role Overview:

As Communications and Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute strategic communications and marketing campaigns, reporting to the Commercial Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies and narratives aligned with the client's mission.

  • Digital Management: Oversee digital and social channels, enhance engagement, and manage external agency relationships.

  • Campaigns: Execute integrated campaigns, use data analytics to refine strategies, and identify industry trends.

  • Media Relations: Manage media relations, crisis communication, and develop content for coverage.

  • Brand and Reputation: Implement brand strategy, monitor reputation, and leverage positive stories.

  • Internal Alignment: Align marketing with sales targets, provide resources, and optimize strategies based on data.

  • Networking: Collaborate with the commercial team to meet partner needs.
