Information and Communications Manager - Publicly Funded Health Organisation (contract)

Join a publicly funded Healthcare organisation as an Information and Communication Manager in their Communications Division! This is a 6-months contract with a view to extension.


We are seeking a dynamic individual with significant experience in various communication areas, including marketing, corporate communications, media relations, and education campaigns. As the ideal candidate, you'll bring initiative, self-motivation, and a data-informed approach to this role.


In this position, you'll be responsible for developing comprehensive communication strategies, managing resources and publications, supporting media relations, monitoring coverage, and building strong stakeholder relationships.


Key Skills Required:

  • Extensive experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, media relations, and education campaigns

  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful communication plans

  • Strong writing skills for online/offline publications and digital content

  • Proficiency in preparing press releases and handling media requests

  • Results-oriented with a project management approach

  • Exceptional relationship management skills to engage multiple stakeholders and handle competing demands
