About the Role:

Seeking a dynamic Global Business Development Manager to drive growth in Europe, Africa, and America. Reporting to the CEO, the BDM will lead business expansion and build client relationships. Ideal for a seasoned international PR professional ready to transition into a Business Development role. Responsibilities include overall strategy delivery, material adaptation, lead generation, relationship building, response management, collaboration with teams, and proposal production.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering the overall business development strategy.

  • Adapting business development materials and creating new content.

  • Maintaining a robust client pipeline through research and engagement.

  • Identifying new business opportunities with a focus on global communication.

  • Nurturing client relationships and proposing tailored solutions.

  • Managing the response process and collaborating with operational teams.

  • Coordinating with the PR team for tailored client responses.

  • Producing fast-turnaround proposals and budgeting new business proposals.

  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell PR and Social Media services.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (master's degree is a plus).

  • Proven experience in multinational business development or sales within PR/marketing.

  • Language abilities beyond English, especially French, Spanish, German.

  • Strong knowledge of the PR industry and challenges faced by global Communication Directors.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Strategic thinker with strong tactical expertise and a results-oriented mindset.


Global Travel Component

  • Based in Dublin, with travel required to client locations, including the group’s HQ in France, and potentially hubs in Los Angeles and Casablanca, to support global business development efforts.
