Our client, a federation for insurance and reinsurance in Europe based in Brussels, is now looking to hire a Communications Manager for their Communications and PR department.
This is an exciting position in an international environment, with opportunities for personal development. You will have the possibility to participate in projects that will influence the European insurance industry in the coming years.
In this role, you will advise and assist the Director General on the association’s communications and general outreach, identify, develop, and maintain relationships with trade journalists and comms counterparts to maximise positive industry coverage, identify and write media materials, including web news, press releases & press statements and manage and develop the association’s profile on social media platforms.
We would love to hear from you if you have 3+ years’ experience in a similar level role (communication, media relations/PR or journalism), sound experience of showing initiative in creating news stories and native-level English. Knowledge of other languages and of insurance or financial services would be an advantage.
