Role Overview

Lead stakeholder strategy for a major national infrastructure project entering its construction phase. This senior role focuses on community relations, contractor coordination, and strategic advisory rather than traditional PR. You will manage a multidisciplinary team to ensure transparent dialogue between technical teams and public partners.


Core Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership: Direct engagement strategies and lead a team of liaison professionals.

  • Relationship Management: Act as a bridge between contractors, engineers, and local authorities.

  • Advisory: Provide high-level counsel to senior project leaders on complex public issues.

  • Field Presence: Manage on-site community relations and stakeholder forums in Dublin.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 6+ years in senior stakeholder, public affairs, or infrastructure-related roles.

  • Leadership: Proven track record in people management and complex project delivery.

  • Expertise: Deep understanding of the Irish regulatory and political landscape.
