About the Role:
Join Ireland’s leading organisation championing women and girls in sport. As Senior Sales Manager, you will lead sponsorship and partnership efforts, driving commercial growth and meaningful brand collaborations in a high-impact, purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with growth goals.

Create compelling proposals, media kits, and pitch decks.

Source, negotiate, and close sponsorships with top-tier brands.

Manage existing partners (e.g., AIB, Lidl, Energia) and ensure campaign delivery.

Work cross-functionally to activate partnerships and report on ROI.

Represent the organisation at events and identify new market opportunities.
Requirements:

4+ years in sales/sponsorship, ideally in sport, media, or events.

Proven success in securing high-value deals and exceeding targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

Knowledge of the Irish sponsorship/media landscape.

Passion for sport, equality, and purpose-led partnerships.
