Key Responsibilities:

Performance & Reward

Enhance and execute the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and employer brand.

Oversee performance management, driving a culture of accountability.

Launch recognition programs aligned with company values.
Engagement, Inclusion & Wellbeing

HR Operations & Infrastructure

Candidate Profile:
Experience

10–15 years of HR experience, including 8+ years in a senior HR role.

Proven track record of advising leadership on both strategic and operational HR matters.

Experience in HR strategy, workforce analytics, budget management, and employee relations.

Demonstrated success with employer branding, DEI, and training investment ROI.
Education

NFQ Level 8+ qualification in HR or a related field.
