Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Event Producer for a full-time, permanent role. This position involves managing high-quality live and online events, with a focus on client satisfaction, budget management, and innovative solutions. The Senior Event Producer will oversee large-scale projects, ensuring excellence in all aspects of event production.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Management: Manage event production from concept to completion, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.
• Creative & Client Engagement: Lead brainstorming sessions, build strong client relationships, and use feedback to improve future events.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate teams and third-party partners, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Financial Accountability: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring targeted profit margins are met.
• Innovative Execution: Stay updated on industry trends and apply new technologies to enhance event delivery.

Experience & Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years in event production, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Proven Success: Experience managing large-scale events with budgets over €100k.
• Event Expertise: Strong background in brand activations, corporate events, festivals, and virtual events.
• Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of production, including site planning, AV requirements, and health & safety.
• Client Management: Success in building and maintaining client relationships.
