Role Overview
Work across strategy, content, and client service to shape brand messaging and deliver engaging content across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a client contact for content and brand projects

Craft and refine messaging, tone, and brand identity

Write/edit content for websites, campaigns, and brand assets

Brief writers and creatives; review content for consistency

Manage timelines, calendars, and approvals

Collaborate with creative, strategy, and design teams

Support brand guideline development and editorial toolkits
Skills & Experience

3+ years in content, brand, or editorial roles (agency preferred)

Excellent writing/editing with strong tone and narrative skills

Experience with brand positioning, tone of voice, and cross-platform content

Strong project management and client-facing experience

Familiarity with CMS/tools and brand strategy fundamentals

Portfolio showcasing brand storytelling and content expertise
