Operating at the intersection of business and media, the agency partners with senior executives and boards to manage reputations, navigate complex communications challenges, and drive meaningful engagement with stakeholders.

They are seeking a Senior Client Director – Corporate PR to take a senior role within the agency. This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing high-value accounts, guiding corporate communications strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships at the most senior level. The role combines client-facing leadership, agency growth, and hands-on involvement in shaping campaigns that protect and enhance reputations.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of major client accounts, acting as the senior point of contact for corporate and C-suite stakeholders.
Lead on the design and execution of high-impact corporate PR strategies, from planning to delivery.
Build, strengthen, and sustain long-term client partnerships, ensuring best-in-class service and strategic value.
Engage with business, financial, and national media to deliver consistent and effective visibility for clients.
Drive agency growth by contributing to new business pitches and identifying opportunities with existing clients.
Oversee teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior colleagues, fostering both performance and professional development.
Play an active role in the agency’s senior leadership team, contributing to its direction and evolution.

What You’ll Bring

6+ years in corporate communications, PR, or agency-side leadership roles.
Strong experience advising and managing senior corporate clients and executives.
Expertise in strategy development, reputation management, and media engagement.
Exceptional writing, presentation, and communications skills.
Demonstrated leadership with the ability to inspire and mentor teams.
Comprehensive knowledge of the Irish business and media environment; international experience desirable.
Solid background in issues and crisis management.
