We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a graduate with a passion for graphic design, social media, and recruitment.

Job Overview:
The Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator will support recruitment efforts through creative marketing strategies and administrative tasks, blending graphic design skills, social media expertise, and organisational abilities to enhance our recruitment processes and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Create engaging graphics for social media, recruitment campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Social Media Management: Develop content strategies for LinkedIn and other platforms, schedule posts, manage calendars, and analyse performance.
  • Content Creation: Write compelling LinkedIn content for job postings, company updates, and industry insights.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting outreach, and coordinating interviews.
  • Administrative Tasks: Support recruitment team with interview schedules, maintaining candidate records, and managing recruitment databases.
  • Event Coordination: Organise recruitment events and career fairs, handling logistics.
  • Reporting: Track and report on recruitment and marketing metrics, providing insights for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in graphic design, social media, or recruitment support is advantageous; internship/project experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), understanding of LinkedIn, excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
