Overview:
Our client is Ireland’s state-backed agency for affordable housing delivery. With a pipeline of over 27,000 homes and a mandate to drive innovation across the sector, the agency plays a central role in addressing the country’s housing needs.
The Role:
As Public Affairs Manager, you’ll lead political, media, and stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring clear, impactful communication of the organisation’s work. You’ll collaborate across internal teams and support senior leadership with strategic messaging and public affairs planning.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver public affairs and stakeholder engagement strategy

Build and manage relationships with government, media, and key partners

Monitor political developments and advise on risks and opportunities

Draft content including briefings, speeches, and policy material

Coordinate public affairs events and manage internal messaging
Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in public affairs, government relations, or comms

Strong political network and stakeholder engagement experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strategic mindset, diplomacy, and sound judgement

Highly organised, collaborative, and proactive
