Role: Performance & Evaluation Coordinator
Join the Business Networks Unit to support Performance & Evaluation and EU ESF+ Programme teams, reporting to the Performance & Evaluation Manager.
Key Responsibilities

Implement Performance & Evaluation Framework and maintain dashboards (Power BI).

Assist grant application assessments and performance reviews.

Track and evaluate ESF+ projects, liaising with internal teams.

Support meetings, workshops, reporting, and general team assistance.
Experience & Qualifications

3 years in administrative/coordinator role, ideally with government or industry bodies.

Level 8+ qualification in Business, IT, or related fields.

Desirable: experience with grant funding.
Skills

Strong organisational, project management, and communication skills.

Proficient in data analysis, Power BI, Microsoft Office, CRM, and project management tools.

Desirable: experience with EU-funded programmes and compliance.
