Role Overview:

The client is a government-backed agency supporting business growth in Ireland. They focus on talent development, upskilling, and competitiveness. This role supports operational activities, including system management, data analysis, partner onboarding, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for strategic programs and assist with partner onboarding.
  • Respond to partner queries and ensure compliance.
  • Manage data, generate Power BI reports, and identify process improvements.
  • Support governance, compliance, and partner training initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3rd-level qualification in business or related field.
  • 1+ year in project administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel/Word.
  • Desirable: Project management qualification, Power BI familiarity, finance/budgeting experience.
