Role: Marketing & Events Manager
Reporting to: Director of Client Services
The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing & Events Manager to drive success in an agency environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for events and strong attention to detail. You’ll manage key client relationships, plan and execute events, and oversee budgets while contributing to creative ideation and strategic development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain key client relationships.
- Lead and execute events and campaigns of varying scales.
- Handle P&L ownership and budget management for client accounts.
- Support senior teams in pitches, proposals, and ideation.
- Identify new opportunities for campaigns and client growth.
- Provide project updates and timely reports to clients and internal teams.
- Negotiate rates with suppliers and manage third-party revenues.
- Attend industry events for networking and business development.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Event Manager (preferably in an agency).
- Strong experience in managing events, campaigns, and budgets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage, delegate, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Full driver’s licence required.
