Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute ecommerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, sales, and brand
awareness.
● Manage and optimise the company’s website, ensuring a seamless user experience and
maximising conversion rates.
● Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and
social media.
● Oversee content creation for the website, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.
● Analyse website performance, customer behaviour, and campaign effectiveness, providing
actionable insights for continuous improvement.
● Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistency in branding and
messaging.
● Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, ecommerce, and consumer behaviour.
● Assist in the development and execution of promotional campaigns, including seasonal offers
and new product launches.

Minimum Qualifications and experience required:
● Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
● Proven experience in ecommerce and digital marketing, ideally within a product-based industry.
● Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
● Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and ecommerce platforms such as Shopify,
Magento, or WooCommerce.
● Experience in content creation and campaign management.
● Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not essential.
