Role Summary:
This senior-level role involves strategic leadership, account oversight, and business development. The successful candidate will lead integrated global teams, contribute to firm-wide operational goals, and collaborate closely with Group Finance and Senior Management.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and mentor senior and junior staff

Drive new business and lead tenders/pitches

Manage account profitability, renewals, and contracts

Support recruitment, training, and internal collaboration

Represent the firm externally in networks and partnerships
