Key Responsibilities
Execute loyalty programme strategy in the Irish market.
Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns (email, in-app, SMS).
Coordinate with internal teams/partners to ensure technical and creative readiness.
Support in-store loyalty activations and employee communications.
Maintain project calendars and deliver campaigns on schedule.
Track campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
Improve loyalty processes and support automation initiatives.
Manage third-party suppliers.
Key Requirements
Experience in loyalty or marketing (retail/convenience ideal).
Skilled in digital campaign management and analytics.
Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to manage technical campaign setup and third-party partners.
