Role: Internal Communications Specialist

Overview:
Our client, Ireland’s national affordable-housing delivery body, is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to join their growing Communications team. This is a new role focused on driving employee engagement and strengthening culture during a period of rapid expansion.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver internal comms strategy aligned with corporate goals

Manage core channels: SharePoint, Viva Engage, digital signage, newsletters

Lead internal campaigns and change comms for major projects
-
Partner with teams to craft clear, engaging messaging
-
Track and analyse comms effectiveness
-
Support Town Halls and internal events
Requirements:
-
4–5 years’ experience in internal comms or employee engagement
-
Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
-
Strong writing, editing and content-creation skills (Canva, Adobe, MS Office)
-
Experience with SharePoint/Viva Engage and internal campaign analytics
-
Confident engaging with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
