Inside Sales Representative

Location: Athy, Co. Kildare
Reporting to: Sales Manager

Role Summary

As part of the Inside Sales team, you’ll convert inbound enquiries into sales, manage customer relationships, and support ongoing business growth. This is a great opportunity for someone ambitious, target-driven, and eager to grow in a thriving company.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and in the showroom

• Qualify leads, provide tailored solutions, and close sales

• Maintain CRM and follow up promptly

• Liaise with logistics to resolve order queries

• Support account management and drive repeat business

• Assist with admin, reporting, and customer feedback

Ideal Candidate

• Sales experience (B2B or construction/industrial preferred)

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems

• Full, clean Irish driving license required
