Role Overview:
The HR Manager will align HR strategies with business objectives, managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance. This role focuses on fostering a positive culture and driving engagement in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business goals and legal requirements.
- Foster a positive workplace culture, address employee concerns, and resolve conflicts.
- Lead strategies for employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives.
- Administer competitive remuneration and benefits programmes.
- Drive performance management processes and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with Irish employment laws and maintain accurate HR records.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years’ HR management experience, ideally in retail or luxury sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven success in recruitment, employee relations, and training.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Degree in HR or related field preferred; CIPD qualification is advantageous.
