Role Overview:

The HR Manager will align HR strategies with business objectives, managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance. This role focuses on fostering a positive culture and driving engagement in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business goals and legal requirements.
• Foster a positive workplace culture, address employee concerns, and resolve conflicts.
• Lead strategies for employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives.
• Administer competitive remuneration and benefits programmes.
• Drive performance management processes and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with Irish employment laws and maintain accurate HR records.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years’ HR management experience, ideally in retail or luxury sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven success in recruitment, employee relations, and training.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Degree in HR or related field preferred; CIPD qualification is advantageous.
