Our client, a flagship Dublin venue, is seeking a strategic, commercially driven leader to head Sponsorship & Partnerships. This fixed-term role involves overseeing major commercial initiatives—including arena redevelopment, the Dublin Horse Show, and Leinster Rugby partnerships—driving revenue growth through innovative brand collaborations.
Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Development: Lead sponsorship strategy aligned with commercial and social goals. Identify new brand alignment opportunities and build compelling partnership platforms.

Business Growth: Pitch tailored proposals to top brands, manage a strong pipeline, and explore new revenue streams (activations, digital, content).

Partnership Management: Oversee and renew high-profile partnerships, ensuring delivery excellence and value for all parties.

Project Oversight: Execute impactful sponsor activations and track ROI through clear KPIs and reporting.

Collaboration: Work across internal teams and represent the organisation at key industry events.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 8+ years in sponsorship, partnerships, or sports marketing, with a proven track record in business development and strategic partnerships.
