We’re partnering with a well-established, government-backed agency with a national remit across enterprise talent development and workforce upskilling to appoint a Head of Risk, Governance & Digital Transformation.

Reporting to the COO, this senior executive role carries full ownership across governance, risk and compliance, data strategy, ICT, and digital transformation – leading a multidisciplinary team in a complex, publicly funded environment.

The Role

You’ll lead governance and compliance frameworks, embed data governance standards, drive ICT and digital transformation programmes, and oversee strategic project delivery across the organisation.

Requirements

• Third-level degree in a relevant discipline; postgraduate qualification desirable
• 6+ years’ senior management experience, ideally within a government agency or publicly funded body
• Proven experience in business transformation, enterprise ICT programmes, and corporate governance
