The Role
As Head of Residential Sales, you’ll lead the residential division, manage showroom operations, and convert enquiries into sales. This client-facing role involves working with private clients and design professionals to deliver high-end, customised solutions. You’ll receive full training before taking ownership of sales growth, backed by a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities

Lead daily showroom operations and client experience

Manage inbound leads and host consultations

Drive residential sales and meet personal targets

Build lasting relationships with clients and referrers

Use CRM tools (Pipedrive) to manage pipeline

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery

Monitor performance and refine processes
Ideal Candidate

3–5+ years in sales, preferably in design-led or high-end sectors

Strong consultative selling skills and client focus

Experience in interiors or construction (a plus)

Professional, organised, tech-savvy, and self-motivated

Comfortable using AI tools and CRM systems
