Key Responsibilities:

Programme Development & Quality Control

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Act as a senior representative in meetings, ensuring project success.
• Develop solutions to challenges and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Team Leadership & Management

• Mentor and support team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee workflows, resource allocation, and project delivery.
• Set clear targets and provide strategic direction.

Operations & Logistics

• Develop project timelines and ensure seamless execution.
• Manage supplier and consultant relationships.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

Financial Oversight

• Manage budgets and implement cost-effective strategies.
• Identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide financial updates to senior management.

Strategic Leadership

• Shape organisational strategy and anticipate challenges.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience (managerial experience preferred).
