Event Coordinator & Project Manager
Overview
Our client is looking for a dynamic individual to manage a flagship ESG event and support project management within the Finance team. This role combines event coordination, fundraising, and exposure to financial project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Coordination: Oversee event logistics, communications, and fundraising efforts.
- Promotions & Engagement: Manage digital communications and engage stakeholders.
- Participant & Sponsor Management: Coordinate registrations, build sponsor relationships, and report on event progress.
- Event Management: Organise key events, manage suppliers, and ensure smooth logistics.
Project Management
Support the Finance team with financial planning, project implementation, progress monitoring, and process improvement.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years in event management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Hootsuite, MailChimp, Canva).
- Strong organisational, communication, and project management skills.
- Finance background or qualifications is a plus.
