Role Overview:
Partnering with HR and senior leadership (including the Chief People Officer), this role supports the Head of Communications to energize and connect the organization through strategic internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Internal Communications: Create and deliver communications plans that reflect company culture and values.

Employee Engagement: Design and execute high-impact campaigns and events that boost pride and involvement.

Content & Social Media: Manage content creation (video, photography, social posts) to boost internal connection and external brand.

Collaboration: Act as an organizational connector, building relationships at all levels and liaising with internal committees and external partners.

Measurement: Track campaign effectiveness and continuously improve communication strategies.
Ideal Candidate:

A natural communicator, cultural ambassador, and strategic thinker.

Experienced (7+ years) in internal comms or employee engagement.

Creative and organized with a portfolio of impactful internal campaigns and events.

Adept at working cross-functionally in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Requirements:

Degree in Communications, HR, Event Planning, or similar.

Strong writing, interpersonal, project management, and storytelling skills.

Flexible, detail-oriented, and proactive.
