Responsibilities:
The client is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Executive to join the team. Key duties include:
- Uploading products, writing descriptions, and adding images.
- Merchandising the website, creating banners, and webpages.
- Processing orders, returns, and stock control.
- Liaising with brands for website updates and content creation.
- Providing excellent customer support via email, webchat, and phone.
Person Specification:
- 1-2 years in customer service or retail.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and order processing.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative with excellent written English and computer skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with creating emails, blogs, banners, and using Adobe/Magento.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics.
