Spencer Recruitment is partnering with our client to appoint a Digital Marketing Manager.
This specialist role leads local digital execution, sponsorship activation, and retail media delivery, driving brand visibility and customer engagement across web, app, social, and in-store channels.
Reporting to the BU Senior Marketing and Communications Manager, this is a full-time role based in the local BU market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital activity across website, app, social media, and owned platforms
- Own and execute local sponsorship activations, including major sports partnerships
- Manage local social media communities, content publishing, and engagement
- Lead retail media execution across in-store digital assets and CMS
- Plan and deliver campaigns, events, and match-day activations
- Track and report on digital, social, and sponsorship performance
About You
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong digital marketing background across web, app, social, and content creation
- Proven experience in sponsorship activation and partner-led marketing
- CMS or CRM experience; proficiency in MS Office suite
- Highly organised, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and agencies
