Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, balancing team leadership, campaign management, and performance tracking. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management: Lead a small team, manage client relationships, and align strategies with business objectives.

Paid Media & Strategy: Own multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), optimise for ROI, and manage marketing budgets.

Content & Organic Marketing: Collaborate on content creation, oversee SEO and on-page optimisations.

Optimising & Reporting: Run A/B testing, analyse KPIs, and generate reports for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

5+ years in digital marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

Expertise in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Canva, HubSpot, HTML/CSS, GA4.

Strong data analysis, campaign reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing.
