Job Description:
The Corporate Communications Manager will lead corporate PR initiatives for an international client in Dublin. This role involves overseeing a team to deliver strategic communication campaigns that enhance the client’s reputation and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement PR strategies aligned with client goals.
- Client Management: Serve as the main client contact, building strong relationships and providing strategic counsel.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a PR team, supporting their development and performance.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee integrated PR campaigns, analyzing results and refining strategies.
- Media Relations: Build media relationships and secure coverage across platforms.
- Crisis Management: Advise and develop responses during crises to protect the client’s reputation.
- Financial Management: Manage account budgets and resources to meet client and company objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years in corporate PR, with experience managing high-profile clients.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Expertise in media relations, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement.
- International client experience and Dublin market knowledge is a plus.
