The COO will support the CEO and lead all core corporate functions — Finance, HR, Operations, ICT/Digital Transformation, Governance, Risk, Data and Compliance — ensuring the organisation operates efficiently, complies with regulations, and delivers on its national mission.
The role involves driving digital transformation, improving business processes, overseeing budgets, managing senior leaders, supporting the Board, and embedding high performance across the agency. Candidates need 10+ years’ senior leadership experience in complex organisations, strong governance and financial oversight skills, expertise in digital/ICT change, and a track record in people leadership and organisational transformation.
Strong communication, strategic thinking, change leadership and relationship-building skills are essential.
