Communications & CSR Manager – Maternity Leave Cover

Our client is seeking an experienced and ambitious Communications & CSR Manager to oversee internal and external communications, enhance their organisation’s reputation, and promote CSR initiatives aligned with business objectives. Based in Dublin 17, this role also involves managing sustainability strategies, community outreach, and social value.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies.
• Manage internal channels and collaborate with departments for company updates.
• Oversee media relations, press releases, and strategic communications counsel to leadership.
• Manage social media content and communications quality.
• Promote and implement CSR and sustainability strategies, including community programs.
• Monitor the impact of CSR initiatives and report outcomes.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years in PR/Communications in a high-performance environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in media relations and multitasking in a busy environment.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage issues effectively.
• Relevant degree and full driver’s licence.
