What We Do
- Responsible for the effective management of all aspects of client accounts
- Assists in the planning and coordination of comprehensive PR and Communication strategy for clients in association with Client Director
- Liaising with clients daily across all areas of the account and attending regular planning meeting with clients
- Monitoring and escalating issues with clients and Client Director in an agreed manner
- Developing creatives, drafting, and preparing fully integrated communications plans for clients including creative input and planning for social, digital, and offline initiatives and campaigns
- Responsible for the implementation of client plans encompassing the full PR spectrum and ensuring client plans are effectively executed to deliver maximum benefit to the client
- Interacting directly with clients providing advice and support, briefing clients on areas affecting their business and input into the management of the commercial relationship with the client
- Monitoring and input into the management of the commerciality of each client within the portfolio including fee arrangements, billing, invoicing, budgets. Delivering strong chargeable hours
- Fostering positive relations with internal staff, clients, media, and external contacts
- Providing support and direction to staff and delegating work to Client Executives
- Identifying, generating, and developing new business, to include cross selling of other services within Drury individually or in liaison with their team
- Keeping abreast of developments within the industry and continuously increasing sectoral knowledge and understanding
What You Must Have
- A relevant third level qualification (e.g.,communications, digital marketing, public relations, journalism)
- PR related qualification desirable
- Specific job-related knowledge and experience (3-5 years) and/or other relevant industry knowledge
- Drive, sound judgement and creativity
- Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and to assume responsibility for the delivery of outstanding client campaigns
- Strong writer
- Strong contribution to new business activities
- Demonstrated presentation skills
- Experience working on campaigns / projects
- Evidence of working successfully in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite – Word,Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook
