Lead the planning, producing, executing, and reporting of events across live, virtual and hybrid. Establish and build relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers. Manage and nurture new and existing client accounts. Supporting the team in finding new business opportunities

What We Do

  • Manage a portfolio of virtual and live projects assigned to your team from point of contract through to the onsite management and post-production debrief, client review and reconciliation
  • Manage the workload of Project Managers and Event Producers and ensure they have all the resources they require to carry out their tasks effectively and within the given timelines
  • Collaborate with the team and assign tasks and ensure that they have the capabilities to take these tasks from start to finish under your guidance
  • Lead regular and structured meetings with your team covering progress on projects and resourcing
  • Escalate any challenges to the Client Director, presenting issues, and providing solutions where possible
  • Manage and take ownership of larger series projects that include multiple layers with the support of the Client Director
  • Create tailor-made responses to client briefs, providing suggestions and solutions which are both creative and practical and present these back to the client
  • Take the lead on creative and production-heavy virtual and live events; managing the production and creative departments to ensure the project runs seamlessly, efficiently, stays on budget and is executed to a standard of excellence
  • Be proactive in putting provisions in place to guide, manage and mentor the team during quiet and busy times alike
  • Share skills and knowledge, reward success and foster an environment conducive to growth and development

What You Must Have

  • Minimum of X years of experience leading and producing experiences including large live & digital brand experiences and corporate events
  • Exceptional levels of organization, with impeccable administration skills and flawless attention to detail
  • Experience with a variety of types of events & experiences, including conferences, concerts/evening events, hospitality experiences and brand activations
  • Strong negotiation, organization, prioritization, and planning skills
  • Knowledge of software logistics
  • Strong familiarity and comfort with technology in general and with digital/virtual specifically
  • Strong production competencies: Developing others, attention to detail, flexibility and professional confidence
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a team
  • Cultural curiosity and global mindset
  • A demeanor of humility, respect and optimism – No ego
