What We Do
- “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc.)
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Managing and maintaining existing customers
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Maintain and expand client database
- Successful sales background – able to achieve KPI’s and targets
- Develop opportunities by researching and identifying potential and existing accounts.
- Develop relationships at various levels and ensure a positive customer service experience
- Maintain a high knowledge level of the company’s services
- Pricing and quoting customers
- Providing Customers with Technical Information on our product range
- Update weekly call sheets
What You Must Have
- Min 2 years Direct, B2B sales or customer success experience required, preferably selling into businesses
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience in negotiating and closing sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Networking experience
- Knowledge, ability, and initiative to solve fundamental problems and make routine decisions in various situations
- Good organisational and prioritising skills to complete tasks on time
