An external sales representative is someone who sells a product or service to help bring income to a company. As opposed to “inside” sales representatives, external reps leave the office–by foot, car or airplane–to secure a client or account

What We Do

  • “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc.)
  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Managing and maintaining existing customers
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
  • Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  • Maintain and expand client database
  • Successful sales background – able to achieve KPI’s and targets
  • Develop opportunities by researching and identifying potential and existing accounts.
  • Develop relationships at various levels and ensure a positive customer service experience
  • Maintain a high knowledge level of the company’s services
  • Pricing and quoting customers
  • Providing Customers with Technical Information on our product range
  • Update weekly call sheets

What You Must Have

  • Min 2 years Direct, B2B sales or customer success experience required, preferably selling into businesses
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience in negotiating and closing sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Networking experience
  • Knowledge, ability, and initiative to solve fundamental problems and make routine decisions in various situations
  • Good organisational and prioritising skills to complete tasks on time
  • Leadership Skills
